About F3

We are a free workout group that meets outdoors at Grove City Memorial Park (parking behind GC High School) rain or shine, heat or cold. Workouts are loosely boot-camp style and peer-led by men who participate in the workout. All you have to do is show up.

F3 Grove City is part of a national network with a mission to plant, grow, and serve these groups to invigorate male community leadership.

What do workout groups have to do with leadership? We have found that a man who is fit enough to be useful, and friended by other strong and useful men, will be energized to seek a purpose greater than himself. That's Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. It's F3.

F3  Workouts:

• Are free of charge
• Are open to all men
• Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
• Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
• End with a Circle of Trust
