PAX: Cancel, Half, Mea, Worm
Mea led warmup, which got the pax moving, though nobody was warm, and introduced a great new movement variously called Fallen Windmills / Wolf Spiders / Ankle Scratchers.
Half led some table vault training, time-bomb merkins, and jogging with assorted body-weight work.
